Have you seen the movie HOSTEL?
first i thought it's tarantino's, but actually it was not.
(but i can't understand why he is co-producer or i don't know exactly what, for such crap film.)
the story was taking place in Slovakia.
i know it was just a fiction, but reality he showed wasn't true at all.the story was exactly in bratislava - the capital city, but there was shoved some small slovak town instead and all is filmed in czech republic.
slovakia was showed as the most retarded and poor country, with cars which were driving here maybe 30 years ago, with lot of gypsy's kids asking turists money and burgle them,people with weird faces very poored dressed up and all buildings looked like after bombing or something.for czechoslovaks it should be more comedy than horror in some way and offence as well.
it was all such a stupid.
